NBR・・・ | CH-SN-71 is a product that meets the former JIS standard, JIS B2401 class 1 A, class 2 O-ring. |
EPT・・・ | The CH-SO Series meets the Industrial Rubber Packing Standards, the former JIS standard, JIS K6380BIII (only general testing) and they are applicable to molding. Note that CH-SO-51, 70, 80 are also applicable for extrusion molding. |
CR・・・ | The NCR Series meets the Industrial Rubber Packing Standards, the former JIS standard, JIS K6380BIII and they are applicable to molding.Note that for 20kg of Masterbatch of each hardness, we make available 1kg of the vulcanizing agent Masterbatch as a set. |

Emxeed® is registered trademark of the high-value added Masterbatch that was newly developed by us.
This is a Masterbatch that has been specially developed based on the concept of “environmental friendly” and “high performance.”
Environmental friendly NBR・・・ | This Masterbatch meets the former JIS K6380B II standard, as with the standard SN Series Masterbatch. |
Heat resistant NBR・・・ | This Masterbatch meets the former JIS standard JIS B24011 class 1 A. |
NBR-based composite material・・・ | Since this product is low in specific gravity in comparison with CR material in particular, cost-savings are possible. |
Partial linkage IIR・・・ | This product is a Masterbatch developed mainly for adhesive applications by maintaining the characteristics of conventional butyl rubber (gas impermeability, weatherability), giving partial linkage to improve green strength and is usable as a quality improving material. This product is able to improve cold flow, spinnability, and compression recovery characteristics. |
We are ready to provide Masterbatch (CMB, FMB) that meets customer needs.
Our products are found across a range of applications throughout society and in our daily life.
