Masterbatch production process

Weighing/formulation

Several thousands of kinds of raw materials are selected and weighed/formulated.

The rubber properties of a Masterbatch drastically change just by a slight difference in the formulation of raw materials.

Mixing

Raw materials are mixed uniformly.
Our mixing process is the result of a concentration of technologies we have cultivated over our years of long experience.

Compression

Compounded rubber is compressed into a sheet form.

Products

Products are packaged according to the specification required by each customer and shipped.
Our products are used for a variety of applications including automobile parts.
